Returns

Because our cookies are made fresh and are perishable, we do not accept returns. Once your order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be returned. Please make sure to double-check your order details, including address and product selection, before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged items so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please provide a photo of the items received. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Delivery Responsibility

We aim to ensure that your cookies are delivered on time and in perfect condition. However, refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Recipient Not Available: If no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
  • No Response to Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is unreachable via phone or other contact methods at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If delivery fails due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided during checkout.

In these cases, Cento Cookies cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued.
