Shipping policy

 Order Dispatch Timing:
All orders are processed and shipped the next working day. For bank transfer payments, dispatch takes place the day after the payment is received. If your order has address issues, dispatch will begin once the address is verified.

 National Holidays:
Orders placed up to 3 days before a national holiday, or during the lead-up to a holiday period, may be delayed. Dispatch resumes after the holiday. A banner on our website will keep you informed during such times.

 Delivery Timeframe:
Expect your cookies to arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary based on your city and region.

 Operating Days:

•  Dispatch and deliveries run from Monday to Saturday.
•  No deliveries or dispatches on Sundays.
•  Orders placed after 12:00 AM on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday, will be         dispatched on Monday.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
